Had was to change my review.. I've been buying from. This store every month for almost a year. Delivery on time , products just as ordered and fresh vegetables.... last week I ordered my regular (2) 10 lb boxes of yellow tail snapper and got one of the box tampered with and taped closed.. I was very disappointed because not only Im missing couple fish but they were replaced with regular red snapper in a clear bag frozen together... I had to throw the fishes in the garbage because in no way possible thats safe to eat... im very disgusted by it and its my last buying from the store... Ordered African yam for the first time and look what I got... they can do better. Whoever packed my order could have cut the yam in pieces or send a different piece.. why they sent me this thing.

Great place to shop for groceries. Fresh green vegetables and fruits available. Large store offering great variety of items. Lots of native foodstuffs from Africa from Africa. The price is reasonable. Space is tight here and moving around the store can be a lot. Also, parking is not so great especially during rush periods and the streets are always filled with trucks delivering so plan your trip a little earlier than required. Great assortment of meat products too. Overall, a great place to shop in bulk for the family.

This store does not allow customers to return items that are faulty. Spoke to customer agency 4/16/21 to inform them my husband purchased items and they were spoil. Agent noted return needs to take place within 24 hours.

It takes time and money to travel to the store. So if a customer purchase items on weekend let (popular days off for most people), how will such customer make it back to the store when they have work. Customers may not always be able to return items within 24 hours.

A system needs to be put in place where customers can submit proof of items being spoil (video, pictures , receipts of purchase).

Such policy needs to change. Very poor customer service. Looking for an alternative to this store.

Be very careful when choosing items that you can’t confirm is spoil (eg. yams, plantains, mango/other...

What Gitto Is this? I read a comment over 7 years ago. This garbage store haven't been here that long. Me and others think it's a "DISGRACE" you opened in the hood and name this garbage compactor "GITTO" just to keep us reminded where we live and grew up"IN THE GHETTO"🤣 the worst food and management. They force you to pay for items that's package. I like to choose my own produce🤬 just like that AWEFUL FINE FARE. Not one AFRICAN AMERICAN owns anything but We forced to purchase or leave out "OUR COMFORT ZONE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 This establishment been here only a couple years"ONLY" Is there more GITTO'S out there? The one here on Laconia needs to do better. The manager set a price limit for Delicatessen🤬 no less than $3.00 for deli cheese and cold cuts 🤬...
