Pros: Staff is nice have a great time making small talk. Raj knows a lot about many of the supplements
They don't upsell you hard if you're stern with them
Out of the way if you like to get your steps in parking is plentiful due to nearby Home Depot & Sports Authority
Cons:
I don't think they like to apply rewards points. They probably get less commission when you use your GNC rewards points. If this is the case, it sounds like GNC should cover this cost, not the franchise. I noticed that Raj only applies half of my rewards points at a time as opposed to the lady who says her system is down most of the time until I tell her to do it again.
It's out of the way

I tried to buy something under $10 to use the last rewards, she just wouldn't let me use it. I contacted customer service and was told there's no restriction on how much I need to spend to...
Read moreThis particular store on woodhaven blvd upcharges for items.😡 A 1.6lbs of protien that I get any other gnc or online cost $29.99 at this store they charge $37.99 for the exact same item. This is not the only time I have gone in here and experienced this. Im not one for writing reviews online but this is unacceptable and think other consumers should be aware, supplements are expensive as is already no need to up charge to fatten your pockets. I am an avid long time consumer of...
