Their pizza was very, very, very good. It was thick and saucy. 😃🍕🍕🍕😜The cheese doesn't fall all over the place while some really bad imitation cheese may. The location is wonderful, however if you are driving in, you have to pull into what looks like an underground parking lot. Keep this in mind.. the parking lot has height restrictions so if your vehicle's too tall you can forget about it. Better off parking your car somewhere and go on in to pick up your meal or feel free to sit on in and have a great meal. As I was looking at their menu online they offer a lot of other delicious looking food however because I was short for time or pressed for time we decided to go pick up a pizza pie. The pizza pie large was $21. Two people ate off of it and two slices were left. Usually the pizzas are so thin everywhere else that we finish the whole pizza pie!! Now it could have been that they were in a rush or that it was never asked for but no tissues were given for a large juicy pizza pie🍕🍕🍕. There is a saying that if the food is good, it's going to be messy, so I should see no reason why they should hold out on napkins even if the person never asked for it. You are there to fulfill your customer's needs, just as they're able to economically fulfill your needs by keeping you in business. Keep these small yet important details in mind and you will remain in business for a long long time. Keep up...
Read moreMy husband and I have been coming here for a couple years and the reason is that the pizza here is much tastier than the pizzerias by our house. The reason for the review is that I'm kind of disgusted at the service at the counter. We ordered a to go order, pizza and garlic knots etc and the guy working the counter was sarcastic and rude to my husband because he didn't tip him. I'm sorry, I've worked in the food industry for years and typically you don't tip the counter person at a pizzeria or deli, unless you're a regular and the service was outstanding and or the order was difficult. To be sarcastic because my husband didn't tip you for a to go order was uncalled for and I hope the owner/and or manager that does the hiring screens out people like this guy ( tattoos on arms) (and no, I'm not discriminating against tattoos, just describing the counter guy). I tip waitstaff very well, when I'm dining in. I am just very upset that your establishment would employ such a surly employee. You're being paid to work the counter. Waiters are paid less, but have to compensate by providing good service to get tips. You are the counter guy at a pizzeria, I'm not going to tip you just because you handed me my to go order. I really hope that you guys address this issue bc despite how much we enjoy your food, I will go...
Read moreI am utterly disappointed with Pizza Classica and strongly advise against hosting any significant events here. My mother had booked a reservation for my brother's graduation party well over a month in advance, even leaving a deposit and confirming the event space. However, a week before the event, we were blindsided with numerous issues: the agreed-upon menu was changed without notice, the promised space was suddenly unavailable, and Audrey, the only person who could address these concerns, was consistently unreachable. On the day of the event, my party suffered due to the cramped space, significantly diminishing our experience. The troubles didn't stop there; after the event, management failed to charge the remaining balance correctly and then incessantly called my mom to settle the bill while she was driving, despite her assurances that she would call back as soon as possible. While the waiting staff was kind and tried their best to accommodate under the circumstances, their efforts could not make up for the lack of professionalism and poor management exhibited by Audrey and management. It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience, certainly not justifying the money spent. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to ensure your special occasions are handled with the care and respect...
