From the moment I walked into Empress Oasis Spa, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was warmly greeted with the biggest smile. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional they made me feel like I was a priority from start to finish.

The level of care and attention they gave me was unmatched. They asked thoughtful questions about my comfort, any areas of tension, and made sure I was fully relaxed before the service even began. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely makes you feel at home, but Empress Oasis truly delivers that kind of warmth.

I booked the full body massage and Himalayan salt body scrub, and let me just say WOW. The massage therapist had magical hands. Every knot, every bit of stress I walked in with, was completely melted away by the end of the session. The pressure was perfect and she checked in with me throughout to make sure everything was just right. It felt like all the tension I had been carrying around for weeks had finally lifted.

The Himalayan salt scrub was an absolute game-changer. Not only did it exfoliate and cleanse my skin, but it left my body feeling so incredibly soft and renewed. I literally felt like I had brand-new skin when I walked out. The scents were calming and luxurious, and the environment throughout the session was so soothing.

By the time I was done, I felt completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and glowing. I honestly didn’t want to leave! They even offered me a complimentary drink and light snack after my session, which was such a nice touch. It really shows how much they care about your comfort and experience from beginning to end.

I highly recommend Empress Oasis Spa to anyone looking to unwind, treat themselves, or just escape the chaos of everyday life. I can’t wait to return and try more of their services. This place is a slice of paradise in the Bronx!

I booked an appointment for a couples massage and foot detox for two at 11:30am. The spa called and said they didn’t realize the books were open, so we would need to come in at 12:30 instead. I agreed, even though this was inconvenient. They offered complimentary drinks for the inconvenience, but I don’t drink, so this didn’t benefit me.

Later, they called again to say the therapist for my $70 foot detox wasn’t available and that I would need to reschedule. Unfortunately, I couldn’t reschedule because this is my only day off. As a licensed massage therapist myself, working in multiple spas, I know that consistency and professionalism are key to creating a positive experience. Massage is about energy, and by the second phone call my energy and anticipation were completely disrupted.

At this point, I requested a refund since the services I booked were not going to be provided. I was told there are no refunds, which is unacceptable. Your policy states that services listed will be provided, yet they were not. If you cannot deliver what you advertise, the books should be closed until you can.

I was prepared to pay over $400 for services and expected top-tier professionalism. Instead, what should have been a relaxing day turned into a stressful one. As a business owner myself, I would never treat clients this way. If I am not refunded, I will pursue this matter...

I don’t even know where to begin, my mom always said if I had nothing nice to say, not to say anything at all, but I just can’t go without sharing how disappointed my friend and I were after a head scalp massage we both went for at Empress Oasis. As previous reviews mentioned, there was an issue with our booking. They seemed to have sent all the girls home because “supposedly” they did not see the appointment done 2 weeks prior to the visit. We were given drinks to fix the situation. After an hour, two girls showed up and that’s when this experience became a joke! From the large amount of water in our ears, water all over the place, my eyes, armpits and breast exposure, this was just not it. I am a big monarcaulje fan and this place is not representing her product the way it should. We will not be returning or recommending.
