Update: I went to another signing, and it looks like the owner made a reasonable effort to improve the concerns I had in my original review. That's respectable.
So I originally posted this review on Saturday night (January 13th at around 9 PM or 10 PM eastern). The merchant responded and requested me to remove the review. I showed some sympathy and removed it immediately. However, a couple days have passed: other customers are saying the same thing I am, and are being met with the business owner responding with hostility. I can now reasonably conclude that the company has no intent of making the appropriate improvements, so I'm reinstating my initial post:
I went there (January 13th) for the Johnny Yong Bosch signing. It was pretty cold and it looked like the employees were stalling the line on purpose. The person who worked there walked around and collected our $5 admissions fees from us hours before we were let in. I thought those were supposed to be "paid at the door." It just came off as money hungry to me; as if he were making sure he got his money from people. When I got to the door and was let in, the employee (wearing a grey hoodie) said, " You're the guy that was supposed to pay me, right?" I said "No, I paid outside." That came off as weird. The employee didn't persist after I said I already paid, but giving out physical tickets or receipts may be able to avoid something like that, and this is my feedback pertaining to that. Johnny Yong Bosch signing itself and JSA went well.
Based on your response to my previous post it looks like you recall the situation and are able to pinpoint exactly which customer I am because of how quickly I wrote the review. I (we) find it a little odd that even the pre-paid VIP customers were waiting for hours upon hours in the cold. I overheard several customers' conversations - that the owners showed up well over an hour late. There was an individual a couple spaces ahead of me sarcastically clapping and cheering anytime the store door opened. I don't think anyone would find it reasonable for a service to be labeled as "VIP" while having to wait multiple hours (~5+ hours) to be served. "Make it make sense." Your initial response to me said that you collected the general admission fee in advance to get us in the door faster instead of slowing down the process. To me, it came across as "sorry we took so long to get you through the door, let's make sure we get your money!" You also responded to my comment about how you stopped me at the door to ask if I was the person who was supposed to pay you. I think I stand firm with a ticket system or receipt being the only way to resolve this. To your credit: you dropped the topic after I said that I already paid you, but no customer would want to be asked that regardless. It comes off as an accusatory question, no matter how you spin it. You had mentioned that asking this question "clearly wasnt a big deal" but that's from the perspective of the person asking the question.
Your response to my review also accused me of being "upset" for not paying for a vip or super vip ticket. I knowingly chose the general admission option, assuming that I would have a long wait given the nature of the event and the fact that so many people were interested in going. The vip members were still standing outside the store for hours. I should also mention that there should've been better clarification regarding which line was for VIP and which was general admission. I'm not upset at all, the signed figures look great in my collection!
From a holistic viewpoint, yes, overall I was treated with respect but the facts by me, and now other customers just don't sit right. It looks like you've hosted many signings and have a good reputation, which tells me that your business has the ability to handles things well but you were either overwhelmed or simply chose not to.
I hope you are able to consider our feedback and make the appropriate changes / decisions...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOmar is the best seller/owner/streamer on whatnot. He has the heat! He does everything he can to make sure you have a good experience. If you are ready to be a serious collector Omar is ready to hook you up with some of the best bundle pricing you will ever see. He is one of the first people to have Funko Pop inserts that fit in the back of your protectors to add character to the back of the figure.(these do not hurt the Funkos) He has acrylic art pieces that are 9 x 11 that absolutely spices up any room! He also has pokemon singles and boxed products at market pricing which is fair! He also buys collections too. He buys at 40% percent which is fair for common Funkos and is negotiable for grails. I donāt know his rates for Pokemon cards but itās probably about the same as the markets for these hobbies are everywhere. He ships next day as the post office is literally across the street (if you are in his whatnot streams). He blesses everyone that is ready to buy. At the store he holds frequent Voice Actor Signings for animes, games, etc. At these events Omar is one of few places that has JSA everytime! JSA is a authentication business and only charges a mandatory $10. Thatās better than most certification companies! (Why you must pay this? This is because itās in the contracts with the voice actors he gets in. He has no control over this. If you have a problem with it, take it up with the book managers of the Voice Actors. The voice actors want their signatures to authentic and they know their worth. Respect that.) The crew in the store is quite small but on event days they do their best to validate every ticket purchased for VIP so no one skips. (No shop is perfect) Omar deals with the trolls as he is an influencer on Tik tok, YouTube, and his podcast too, but the people that are serious about buying he will hook you up! He isnāt afraid to show his true self on stream or in person. Ever since being in the streams has absolutely helped my collections grow and he is definitely a friend now that cares! I recommend buying from Omar and his store 11/10 times. Just donāt be looking for lowball prices tho! No one likes lowballing. You show him love he shows it back! Drop into his streams or store you wonāt regret it at all. (And if you do have a bad experience with Omar, he will make it better if you let him know, just remember this is a business at the end of the day they gotta...

I recently reached out to Infinite Collectibles in hopes of selling my Funko Pops, and let me tell you, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the owner seemed enthusiastic and offered 50 percent above the PPG value of my figures ā it felt like a great deal! However, as soon as I presented evidence of each pop's current market value, everything changed.
The moment I showed the data, the original offer vanished into thin air, replaced with a much lower amount that felt like an attempt to lowball me. It was disheartening to experience such a drastic shift from what was initially promised. It became clear to me that the owner is not a person of his word and tends to undervalue collectibles once he knows their worth.
As a collector, integrity and honesty are paramount, and my hope was that I would find a trust-worthy partner in Infinite Collectibles. Sadly, this experience felt more like a scam than a straightforward sale. I walked away feeling taken advantage of, and I would caution anyone looking to sell their collectibles to think twice before taking their business here. There's plenty of competition out there that prioritizes fairness and transparency. Overall, I'm quite disappointed and will be looking elsewhere to sell my collectibles in the future. The owner tends to respond to reviews which makes him even more guilty for his unprofessional behavior and lies. I guess it makes him feel better. I wouldn't shop here or even consider business...
