If there was a way to assign ZERO stars to this business I would. On October 9th my husband and I went to their Brooklyn showroom location based on the reviews on Google - which I am now convinced are cleaned up so that only positive reviews show. On that trip we purchased a double sink bathroom vanity, two medicine cabinets, and the pop-ups that were supposed to go inside of the sinks. We spent $3400. October 9th was a Friday. We made our appointment given the Covid restrictions and were never informed that the store closed at a certain hour. We felt rushed and pressured and their salesman "Sergio" was not exactly client focused. That said, we pretty much knew what we wanted before we got to the store so it did not take us too long to select our merchandise, pay for it and leave. The following Monday morning I called Sergio and let him know that I needed to change the direction one of the purchased medicine cabinets opened - from left to right. He gave us grief, my husband ended up driving back into Brooklyn from Staten Island to pick up the medicine cabinets despite having paid $100 charge for a delivery fee. Our vanity was delivered on the date agreed only to learn that the item was damaged - cracked AND the wrong color! When we called the store Sergio became defensive and pushed us off to the warehouse. Long story short, we were left to fend for ourselves in order to have a defective product from their warehouse that was also the wrong color replaced. When the item was delivered, the delivery man didn't even go over the product he had just delivered! He dropped it and left. Like many people, we too were personally impacted by Covid and had to stop construction for a couple of weeks and resumed this week. Today we learned that the pop-ups we purchased were never delivered. We called the store to discuss with Sergio and let him know that we could not wait for the product as the contractor had to proceed without them so we wanted the $70 credited to our account. Sergio REFUSED first arguing that the Pop Ups were picked up by my husband and then saying that he could go pick them up. So we were inconvenienced, had an incorrect and damaged product delivered, had to go back to the store to pick up part of the order despite paying $100 delivery charge and are now out $70 for a product we paid for and never received! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT SPEND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They are rude, have ZERO client service skills, do not stand by their products, in short they take your money and once you walk out the door you are out of luck! Read moreAbsolute worst, terrible experience for us. We had ordered a blue floating vanity for our new home from these people...they sent white. Additionally two of the door hinges came damaged. We decided we'd make use of the wrong color vanity however asked that hinges be sent for replacement. This business chose to ignore the communication rather than help. I purchased replacement hinges and installed myself. We DO NOT recommend this business.
UPDATE - Apparently this business had the same problem with facts as they do orders. The order was made in August 2021 for our new home construction and was received in September 2021. We did not open the box (assuming it was correct) and put it into storage until May 2022 when we were ready for the install. I know math is hard, but it was not one year when we made the claim. Furthermore the manufacturer did not send the wrong color and top, you did. Nice attempt at blame shift..just more evidence why this place should be approached...

The sales associate or who ever he is , Sergio or something, asked us if we need any help. We said yes, and he was being very rude and unhelpful to us the whole hour we were there till we just couldn't take him anymore. The other employee was trying to be as helpful as he could and was trying to relax the other guy who was just yelling in a foreign language. If it wasnt for Sergio they would have made a big sale.
