JG & Tony Auto Body Repair — Local services in New York

I brought my car in to JG & Tony Auto Body on two separate occasions. The first occasion was to have the hood on my 2016 Nissan Altima replaced. I had never been there and decided to give them a try. I spoke to Tony who was frank and honest with me. He took down all my information and within 24 hours I had an estimate and time of repair. The shop replaced my hood and did the paint and blending of colors within 24 hours. I've done business with many shops and I can say they are efficient and detail oriented. The second time was for an A.C. issue again I dropped of my car at about 12pm And by 4pm he had my condenser replaced and my A.C. running as new. I don't usually write reviews but this place is really a gem. I came here a little upset after an accident and the owner and employees made my car safe and presentable in the most affordable way possible, just as I had requested. I also had unrelated scratches on other areas of my car and they patched those up and matched the paint color perfectly. When I came to pick up the car, they were washing the outside for me and had already wiped down the interior, just because they care about service and at no extra cost. Got rear ended and had some minor scrapes and dents to my back bumper.

Javier was great! Very clear and no condescension. He explained the work that needed to be done and why and gave me options in case I wanted to spend less. I also compared his estimate to others and I definitely got a fair deal.

They took my car on Tuesday and had it back to me, repaired, and fully detailed by Friday afternoon.
