Finally after a few times seeing Instagram reels on this place I decided to go. I came on a Saturday night when a little snowstorm was coming and the place was packed! First thing I did like was that there was a kiosk machine where you simply put in your name, #of ppl in your group and your phone number to reserve your seat. Their was a security guy who was very helpful with the reserving process and helping the staff call out the numbers and looking for people that were waiting in between the doors (that’s how packed the waiting area was) and coordinating the groups. There wasn’t a lot of space and seats in the waiting area but that didn’t really matter because numbers were being called fast. The good thing was that the ticket number on your phone also shows how many are ahead of you so you can step outside for a bit and go to another store in the mall while you wait instead of waiting in the restaurant. I had a group 4 and we were called in under 10min. I really liked the decor and the lighting in the restaurant. Everything looked clean and fresh. I was looking forward to the sushi but sadly my fav type of sushi is shrimp tempura but the tempura wasn’t fresh! I did try others that made up for it and they also have soy sauce, eel sauce, spicy mayo and siracha sauce that you can put into plastic to go cups with covers & chopsticks! I loved how organized and detailed they were with their drinks, dessert, food and sections! The birthday celebration was so funny! There were like 10bday celebrations and the waitresses would come out with a little slice of cake & a neon happy birthday sign! Very cute and fun to celebrate there with the family! I would def like to go again and try their sushi fresh! Since the restaurant is inside of a mall; there is plenty of parking inside the mall parking lot and drop offs outside of it for...

👎I wish this place shut down. First time I genuently hated a food spot. This area makes the street food cart look clean.
I give it a 5 star because they like to put the actually rattling in an area that leaves it undetected. By the way this is what I think it could not be true but, I just left a review from one of my account. Did not see anything on this one so I will leave this one in hope people will see it to save you money.
Price 👎 They are not transparant When I called they said it was $21 went their and spent 77.14 for two
Waiters are harrasing me for tips, when I went to pay she said 18% tip after giving me the bill I said no and her whole deminer changed. She also took my bill without me telling them too.
Food cleanliness 👎 Food gave me food poisoning No doh standards followed from what I witness The cold food was over 41 degree and the hot food under 140 which is where bacteria can grow if we leave it out their for too long. By the way you can do your research this is from my understanding working in the food industry.
Food quality 👎 Awful, only good thing was the shrimp. The ride was very stale, as it suppose to but the yellow no flavor or taste. Everything has too much oil and tariaki in it. Especially the noodles. No fresh crabs from my experience and all the sea food I tasted, tasted like they where their for a long time. Instead of fresh it tasted, watered down with no seasoning for the crabs, squid was ok and claim too much tariaki.
Experience 👎 Really bad Waiter hareased for tips Whole atmosphere changed once we paid for It after I tried to check them from wrongly charging me. But even than I was forced to pay more than I owed.

Read moreThis buffet chain has multiple locations, but unfortunately, this one isn’t the best. The food is good, but the atmosphere and overall environment really take away from the experience.
To start, the location is questionable—it’s in a pretty bad area and neighborhood. It’s great to have this buffet in the Bronx, but they could have chosen a much better spot within the borough.
The people inside are mostly fine, but there are a few people who stand out in a bad way. Some people are disrespectful, inconsiderate, lacking spatial awareness, bumping into others, cutting people off, and blocking paths. It’s frustrating and makes the place feel chaotic.
The service could also use some improvement. While my group and I were still eating, a waitress came over and gave us the check even though we weren’t even close to being finished. I understand they’re probably under pressure, but it still felt rushed and unnecessary.
On top of that, I witnessed a customer lose their temper at a waitress over a mistake with their table and getting their refilled drink wrong. While I agree the service was slow—I waited 10 minutes for my own drink to be refilled—the way he handled it was completely inappropriate. He yelled, refused to tip, being completely disrespectful, and caused a scene that made everyone uncomfortable.
Overall, while the food is good, the combination of the poor location, rude or careless customers, and inconsistent service makes this location far from ideal. It’s disappointing, but hopefully more can be...
