Kudedia African Hair Braiding And Unisex Salon — Local services in New York

Four days ago I went to this hairdresser to get my hair braided, I sat in this woman's chair around 10:30 in the morning and the braiding of my hair was not finished until 3:30 because the woman who was braiding my hair kept taking breaks and fighting with someone on the phone and her son kept coming and arguing with her, I was very nervous, very scared and very upset.She was eating and drinking and touching my hair and it was really disgusting and he charged me 220 dollars which is I don’t have a lot of hair so she didn't use a lot of hairpieces. This woman seemed to be the manager of the place, another woman who worked there was fasting bc it was Ramadan so I made sure I didn't eat or drink anything even though I wasn’t celebrating Ramadan. I called this salon on Tuesday and asked them if they were open on Saturday the person who picked up stated yes, I then asked if I can book an appointment she stated on saturdays there is no appointment you can just walk in. I asked her what time on Saturday are you open she said 9 am. I got there at 9:15 and no one was there I assumed maybe they were just late , then I waited until 10 am and no one showed up, I called almost 5 times and no one picked up. I would not recommend this place if you care about your hair. They are very rough and rush to get the job done. I came & got a sew in & while it came out neat , the stylist was very rough with my hair . I have thick natural hair & I came with it combed already but the stylist wanted to comb it out more.
