China City — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a chicken eggplant and they said it’s $8 after changing the price from $14 since the first time I went there, since now I am a local and a returning costumer. Because I added extra chicken and extra eggplant it was $10, I gave them a $20 bill, I did not receive any change immediately after and then I proceeded to sit down. The food was ready quickly and I took it and walked out the door, without change. Do not go to this place!!! When I realized and came back they said I must of lost the change outside. She said she gave the money back but I did not see it in my small bag with nothing in it other than my keys. After I looked inside the small shop very carefully and outside, I realized I was never given change back, and was argued by the women that I was given change, that I never saw. Very dishonest, I know if I ask to see the camera footage they will see that I was never given change back, but I will not go through all of that.When I called they said they know me I am the girl who lost the card, that just shows how they had no idea what was going on!! A bunch of scammers in really life it’s unreal!!! The most rude people I have ever met....

I went here to get something to eat after a long day, I ordered my food and was waiting for my food to be ready, I look through the glass barrier and I see 2 roaches climbing on the chicken I ordered, I stated outloud that the chicken is infested with bugs, the cook then came took the bugs out and then proceeded to serve me the chicken, I said it wasn’t good due to the bugs and they chef said their was no bugs, I told them to remake it and they did, when the food was serve I check for any odd things out and I found eggs of roaches inside of the chicken, I vomited since I took a bite out it not knowing there was eggs. I gave it back to the chef who accused me of putting the eggs in there and then started foul mouthing me...

DISHONEST, GREEDY and RUDE. Just came back from ordering. I ordered the $7 general Cho combo. Was told it was $9. I asked about the difference. Was told that’s the old price. I’d literally been there the day before. It was $7. I thenI asked to pay by card. He said it was a $9 minimum. I mentioned that not only was the minimum $8, as shown by the sign, my bill was $9 without tax. I was dismissed. Despite the fact that they were giving conflicting information about the price, they were extremely rude. It’s July 4 so I was trying to not kill my vibe. But they were very rude in return.
