Flying Apple NY — Attraction in New York

I visited this place with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. I found the place online when searching for possible birthday party locations. Boy am I glad I checked before booking for a party. This place is pure chaos! There must have been 100 kids plus 100 parents and multiple parties going on. The play areas are nice but I guarantee in a few months this place will be trashed. There doesn't seem to be any organization. The main entrance was jam packed. After a long wait to pay, we went to put our shoes away and there was no space for anyone to sit or stand in the cubby area. Trying to follow my daughter around this place was madness. Just too many people. They allow adults to cover their shoes with plastic bags and enter the play area rather than take shoes off. Big mistake. So many people track their dirty shoes throughout the place. Signs up for kids not to chew some of the balls and to leave other balls only in certain areas. Clearly this place was designed by people who don't know kids. People bringing food in and just eating anywhere they feel like it so it smelled. Just madness and chaos. My daughter loved the play area so they get a few stars for that. But the only time I'd come back is in the middle of a random week to...

It says on their site that this spot is appropriate for all ages but do not be fooled. This is not a toddler friendly spot (unfortunately). Normally these type of places have designated “baby/toddler” areas but this one didn’t. The smaller kids don’t stand a chance against the big ones especially if you visit on a weekend when it’s packed. There’s alot for the kids to do though. Place seemed clean. No food / snacks inside. There’s really no designated place for parents to sit (maybe unless you’re apart of a party). The workers made SEVERAL announcements regarding smoking and drinking being prohibited. That was strange. Like do people normally do that there ? Has it been a recent issue ? Why did they feel the need to announce it so many times. Also, there’s a bit of a wait on weekends and be aware that you’ll be waiting outside. The workers I interacted with were pleasant. Although, your wrist band is timed (3 hours) the place was still...

I had the pleasure of taking my kids to this wonderful place today, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. This place is not only fantastic, but it’s also exceptionally clean, which is a big plus for any parent. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome.

What truly made our day was how much my kids enjoyed their time here. There were so many exciting activities and fun experiences that kept them engaged and entertained throughout our visit. It’s not just a place for kids; it’s a place where family fun thrives.
