I don't even know where to start because I am still in shock that I passed monday afternoon . I can start by saying this whole learning to drive experience has been an easy journey all thanks to mr.orlando , patricia and calvin. Mr.orlando takes his time to teach you and makes you feel comfortable and he's funny but he is also is very straight forward he will let you know exactly what you will be tested on for the road exam and teaches you the signs and what can happen in case of an emergency.

I am person who has extreme anxiety I was not fearful of driving but I am fearful of failing exams or making simple mistakes that could cause me to fail and hearing everyone who took there exams coming from other driving schools made me even more scared but I can tell you if you have Anxiety this is the place go if you want to pass on the FIRST TRY!! this is the place to go . Patricia super sweet and take her time to help all of her customers she even helped me to calm down before the exam by reassuring me I would be okay and played inspirational videos and mr.calvin was also great he gave me tips to pass while driving me to my exam and we stopped to icecream before my test so I think that might have help me too. If I could give this place 6 stars I would the whole team makes you feel like family I wouldn't have asked for a better experience Thank You La Renaissance thanks to you I am an Nys driver and I passes my road...

Horrible place. They made me not take my road test. This scary stinky owner name Mark never told me that I had to pay for the car to retake the exam. I took numerous lessons prior to my road test date with the school. I reached to the school the day of my road at 11:50am since we had to leave for 12pm for a 1pm appt. I get bombarded by the man in the front for not paying for a car. I said “ I was never told by you or Mark to pay for a car. I have been coming everyday and you wait seconds before my road test to tell me this.” Then it was hell from there Smelly Mark came and was yelling and screaming at me, jumping in my face saying I have to pay. I argued back and it was crazy. Mark said I am not going in the car and guess what couldn’t take my road test that I waited 6 wks for. I never said I wasn’t going to pay just simply why wait seconds before. What if I didn’t have the money. The instructor Mr. James is a sweet man but that school is SO unorganized. I wouldn’t give them a dime. I left crying and angry. My husband wanted to go punch Mark in his face but I said don’t bother. I hope this school closes. Horrible customer service, expensive prices....

Horrible service! Wouldn't refer this place to anyone. I did my 5hr class here and also a package with 6 lessons. Lets just mention that i only got 5 lessons the reason is because the front desk guy called me mins before my driving lesson saying Mr Mark had an emergency and would not be able to make it. OK NO PROBLEM! i kindly asked for a refund because my road test was 2 days away & i knew i was ready. I was told i will get it when i come in the morning of road test. When i got there the front desk told me to come back after my test, i went & took my road and PASSED! i went back to the school and was told from Mr Mark " After i helped you pass your test you want your money back " then he asked me if i had a boyfriend & he said my boyfriend can pay you back because your " VICTORIA " will get him in bed. Victoria is a method Mr Mark uses when teaching females how to drive and the is the V you make in between your legs VERY INAPPROPRIATE! please do your research before...
