Don’t waste your money here unless you are the color of your palm because truly it was biased as hell I came in with good spirits with my daughter hoping to find a forever nail salon since I just moved to forest hills, boy was I wrong the lady doing my nails hurt me a bit during the massage and all the other Asian employees were staring at me like I was a zoo animal honestly after not doing my nails for a year I was just happy to finally pamper myself but thing started to go left when I asked her to please understand I have sciatica so I can’t lift my leg up she look at me Funny I ignored it then she was Ted to attend my daughter I kindly declined I explained I got it we moved on to the 10 minute massage I asked her can she apply more pressure and she said “I’m not a man” and I replied strength has nothing to do with gender. I started to feel un welcomed as I asked her how much longer the massage was because my daughter became fussy so I knew it was time to go she with a grand attire said what you can’t see and I replied actually no I’m getting a new prescription next week so I can’t see enough through these. At that point I’m was ready so I asked her to charge me she said no I’m going to finish I said no I’m uncomfortable I’ll just pay for what you did on my feet. 37$ I left mortified because after I spoke up I asked the ladies in there for a manager and as I left the woman who did my nails said I have to be in a coco hospital. Save your money and don’t go here if you look your culture. I wish I could upload what my feet look like right now because for a spa pedicure it just looks like all she did was take off the polish I had I didn’t even paint my toes because of how they treated...

I have been giving this place too many chances but enough is enough. This place is so unsanitary I was sitting getting a pedicure and the operator next to me over filled her tub with water while her clients feet were in the tub , She took a bucket and filled my tub with her clients dirty feet water. Who does that? There was an empty tub she could have poured the extra water into right next to her. This breaks so many health and sanitation codes. What kind of establishment are these people running. She said "she has to much water l'Il give you some". I legit freaked out that was the most disgusting thing I ever experienced. One of the owners was sitting and laughing saying it was an accident. Not even an apology. This was so disgusting and disappointing. This business doesn't care for costumer satisfaction and loyal clients. They're full of attitude and always start arguments. People usually apologize in these type of incident not laugh and definitely not hunt you for money. have no problem paying and tipping I always tip good since I'm in the industry. This place is nice. I’m a nail biter so I don’t go to nail salons very often. This place is nice, clean, and new (it’s been open for about a year, I think).

I came in around 6:30 on a Wednesday and the place was a little busy. I got a Hispanic woman to do my nails. She was really sweet. She was really meticulous about her work which was nice to see. She took her time to make sure it was done well. I had chosen 5 different nail colors, so I knew it took a little extra time to do however she didn’t make me feel like I was giving her extra work. She also said my nails look like flowers 🌸 which is so nice considering my hands normally look like hoofs.

The reason the review is 4/5 is because my nail technician was cut off while she was finishing up my thumb and pointer finger on both hands. One of the Chinese nail technicians told her to stop and do someone else’s pedicure. She took over and quickly finished my hand. She didn’t really do the best job. I’m not sure if it’s common thing to have your technician be switched out in the middle but it wasn’t a good feeling.
