Paris Suites Hotel — Hotel in New York

Here is a conversation I had with the receptionist over the phone: Me: Hi we just got to your hotel and we can’t seem to find parking. Your website said you had parking available. Her: Parking is first come first serve and it’s very limited Me: Okay, well I’m just a bit frustrated because that wasn’t stated on the website and street parking it completely full as well Her: Sorry about that but I have never been to the website Me: you’ve never been to the website of your hotel? Her: No Me: Okay well do you know if there’s a parking garage or public lot nearby where we can park? Her: No I don’t know 🤨 To add to the fact that their website is unclear, we checked into our room and saw 2 hairs on the bed. One was a long hair on the top comforter (could have been from the housekeep, sure) but another was a shorter hair on the bed sheet under the blanket. Makes me think the sheets were not changed. The bedside table was noticeably dusty and the chair next to the bed had some nasty stains. All the furniture seemed a bit worn, and there was a fair amount of mildew on the shower ceiling. A key card from the last guest was left in our room. Shower door didn’t stay closed, 3 lights out in the elevator etc. I feel like they should spend less money on overly extravagant decor and more money and basic upkeep. Horrible. Worst hotel i have been to couldn't believe this existed in NYC. Horrible odor at front door like sewage. No parking you gotta get a park on the street. No towels in room you have to ask for towels. Huh?? Yep. No rug on bathroom floor its granite floors, can you imagine if you get out the shower and slip??. I used a pillow case. Vending machine does not work. Had to ask for a bucket to get ice. They brought it in a metal bucket and no plastic bag inside. Yuck. Not a nice experience. $200 dollars a night and...

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. They don’t have parking spot. The reception is not so good. Customer services are terrible. Room lighting is not bright. It looks so dark. It doesn’t have enough lighting. Most important part this hotel is like a brothel. When I went someone asked if I want to hookup. I said no. Later my husband went downstairs, someone asked him to join group sex. Seriously?? That’s ridiculous. I didn’t feel safe at all. Please don’t go there. It’s just...
