I scheduled a consultation based on a recommendation, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I received an unexpected call from the law office at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night, waking my entire family, including my sick toddler. There was no urgent reason for a call at such an hour—an email or text would have been more appropriate. I have yet to speak with the attorney directly as my appointment is scheduled later in the week and it appears that the office outsources his admin work to the Philippians.
