I purchased an item on their website on 2/12/22. I chose the First Class shipping option. I paid through PayPal. The receipt I received was from PayPal. I received an email confirmation of my order with a link to the website where a status showed order being processed. I never received shipping information or tracking information. Days went by and my status never changed on the website. I reached out via email on 2/14. I didn’t receive a response until 2/19 and it was this: I’m sorry… call me after 12:30?? What???! I request a refund via PayPal and get approved. Then I receive an email from juicy karma asking for proof of payment. Of course I submitted because I had it. If you can’t handle processing your orders, please stop charging for fast delivery that you can’t execute. It’s bad business!!!’ Or at LEAST, have the sense to communicate to your customer that there is a backup in order fulfillments or whatever else is going....

As per previous encounters with other Botanicas, This Botanica is by far the best experience I have ever encountered. Once you walk in the energy is so graceful. The owner to Juicy Karma is so educated on every aspect of all of her products, Religion and so much more. She takes the time with you and helps in detail with any issues you may have, or even to prosper your life with grace. Such a powerful woman. I consider her a mother of all! I would never go anywhere else. Even a quick stop in to say hi brightens my day. I won't forget to mention how BEAUTIFUL her Botanica is arranged.
