Long story short: If they mess up your order, they will take no responsibility, blame you for their error, take no steps to fix error, replace or refund, and then will gaslight you on Google review when you try to warn your neighbors about their terrible customer service and dry sauce. Dry sauce almost sounds like an oxymoron. Don't know why I would order mores sauce for it to not be dry. Idk pasta sauce was bland, had no flavor, and was dry. Eat anywhere else. Horrible customer service. They will take no responsibility and 100% blame the customer for any error they make. Claim pasta was dry, they respond their sauce can never be dry, added picture of dry pasta, they respond, oh you have to ask for more sauce, pasta sauce has pork in it with no warning, oh you need to specify that you are vegan, vegetarian or are a religion that isn't allowed to have pork. How about taking responsibility for an error. Ok, so my plate was not made well, sauce was dry, obviously chef messed up and maybe he was new and didn't know proportions, replace or refund. Don't make up stories on Google blaming customer. You put pork in a dish that does not have pork anywhere without a disclaimer on online or take home menu. Instead of admitting a mistake and possibly warning your customers that it will have pork, you just say you've made it this way forever(never had it before so how would I know) and that it's just known and customers should just write that they are vegan, vegetarian, kosher or halal when they order so you can handle accordingly. I wonder how many people say no meat in your dishes that don't have meat, doesn't really make sense. Response 1: im not being unreasonable 1 bit. pic taken 15 min after picking up. Picked up 15 min after ordering. Maybe sat for 20 min before i ate it but its in aluminum dish that keeps it hot. Idk about red sauce, but this was dry. I tried to scoop up the saucy/creamy parts from bottom but there was none. It was more like a mac n cheese then pasta with sauce. Response 2: lol, so now you edit your response from saying none of your pastas are dry to saying, you need to order extra sauce because I'm being unreasonable getting dry pasta. Holy moly, when is your mistake your fault and not the customers. I've never seen such horrible customer service. You spend the whole time blaming me for your terrible food, lie about your sauce never being dry/needing to order extra so its not dry, and then expect me to give you a better review?

I’m honestly a big fan and supportive customer of this pizzeria, they use quality ingredients and never have given me a bad experience. That is up until the last two previous times I’ve ordered from this restaurant. It seems whoever ever is in the kitchen handling the pies and putting them inside of their pizza boxes doesn’t understand math and measurements. On two separated occasions I ordered a pie and upon receiving it through delivery and opening up the box I am faced with a folded, bent, mishandled looking pizza pie. Which is a shame because the pizza itself is not bad and is quite tasty. I provided photos to show you that they are making pies roughly 20 inches and then shoving or cramming them inside of a 16 inch pizza box. Either that or they place the pie inside of the box when it’s still flattened and assemble it with the hot pizza pie inside. Causing the crusts of every slice to be bent over and just causes a very unpleasant experience to handle and eat the food as well as a ugly pie to look at.

I've been driving past this shop for soo many years and finally decided it's about damn time I tried it out. I got the plain, Sicilian & grandma. All 3 were fresh & delightful. The regular was my favorite. Pizza isn't super thin which is great because I like my slices to have a little bit of thickness. The Sicilian was perfect pillowy & soft as a Sicilian slice should be. Grandma had delicious sauce. Staff was nice & friendly.

The worst experience i ever had ordering from this place , be aware pizza comes cold owners don’t take responsibilities and are very rude . They thought i called to replace the order for free something that i never asked for . I just called to let them know . Never again will order from them !!

Response to Owners; You replying with a lie to my review will not make things better . My building has no doormen or front desk , my building has 46 apartments and each apartment has a bell my bell was never rang !!! When I called you you said the delivery called me 5 times which he never did , all he had done was he send a text message that my food is in the lobby . The building super pases by in the lobby saw the food and called to tell me food is in the lobby, except the fact that the food was cold I don’t know how many other people may have touched or spitted on that food and you expected me to eat it . You said you will send new food and called me 10 minutes later that you are not replacing the food as it wasn’t your fault !!! Stop lying to get your bad reviews look better . ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE AWARE. NOT TO ORDER FROM YOUR PLACE !!!! I’ll stick with Gabriela’s Pizza Waaaaay better service and...
