This jewelry store is unprofessional. The owner has no consideration for his client's best interest. When shopping here please make sure to ask the person selling you any jewelry to please be very detailed with what is being sold to you or you will suffer a great loss when it comes to an exchange of any kind. Michael the owner portrays himself to be a nice guy who studies his client's ignorance to his advantage. I bought a white gold chain for 3850.00 and asked if I can exchange the chain for a yellow gold one of the same price and he said yeah bring it. When I brought it back he took my white gold chain without weighing it and started showing me pieces that were similar but nothing in it's weight class. I then took the one piece I thought seemed somewhat decent because of the length which was my mistake. Afterwards I took the chain to get appraised and was told it was only worth about 2500.00 Clearly Michael took advantage of my jewelry ignorance, so when I returned asking for my equal exchange which is right he told me he did not care what was told to me instead of doing the correct thing which was to look at my receipt , weigh what he gave me and send me on my way.. To anyone shopping for jewelry these people are sharks who charge an expensive tax and don't care about their customers. Without good customers there would be no business! Once again be aware of what is written on your receipt because they never put the weight or the type of jewelry sold which is suspicious!
