Bakery Mocana — Restaurant in New York

I use to loved going to this bakery, it was my go for family party cakes, I dying for the coffee here. I was a client since they were on 144 for mor that 15 years but one day I went with 50 dollars, to the new store, a new girl take my order., my stepfather gave me 50 so I could buy something for him(I have to say I had no money with me,it was Wednesday and I knew I got my deposit the next day), so my daughter wanted something from there the total was cost 6 dollars, she had to return 44, I just notice all in 5 (that was my mistake in not looking and trusting that women)the next day in the morning I realized that I had 34, immediately went but the people in the morning told me that I had to go when they were there, two days passed and they didn't want to give me my money back. Here the thing, could let it go but when I ask to look at the cameras to see if it was them who made a mistake, they had a lot of attitude everything change I noticed the girl was different. and that what bothered me. I bought a whole flan for 12 dollars when I cut it into slices there was a roach in the middle of the cake. This is absolutely disgusting I will never be going there again and I will make sure nobody I know will never step foot in this business. When I called and reported this to the business they said to bring it in and there going to replace it!!! Seriously ? What makes them think I will ever get something from them again. This place need to be shut down. That’s just to show you what type of people own this restaurant they obviously don’t care about...
