They have been taking orders online since reopening and they usually have it ready for pickup by the time they say it'll be ready۔ I trust them with my orders, they follow instructions and their butchers are well trained۔ Unlike many other places where the butchers are just chopping up and crushing bones leaving tiny debris in the meat which often goes undetected until it's in your mouth or worse in your child's mouth. Possibly the slowest meat shop on Long Island. Took over 30 minutes to get few pounds of meat. For 5-7 minutes I just stood there waiting to get attention from the 3-4 people working. Then after acknowledging my presence they took their time to take my order. The 30 minute clock started after taking my order. While I stood there waiting for my order the people who bought fish waited in line to pay and no one bothered to help them.
