Flavor of India — Restaurant in New York

Very Bad servive. The staff is so rude. Rest Room no lights and no toilet paper. No air freshner. Very dirty bathrooms. Ladies and Gents. I was there for a party and wanted 1 spoon of rice and yougurt for my toddler who is 15 months . The staff was very rude saying we cannot let you take food out. I said what ever is the policy I am only asking rice and yougurt. The party was booked for 30 people and only 25 people turned up. They did not let the host take the food home nor give him refund. What rubbish is this in NJ all resaurent give leftovers to take home. This restaurant is A Grade they should get F. who gave this A. I think CLOVE INDIAN CUSINE, CHAND PALACE, CINNAMON AND AKBAR should get A for they deserve the best service . .This resturant staff don't smile no please or thank you. I am goting let every Indian in NY and NJ to vote...

Sat down with 2 yr old kid and another adult for buffet and we said 2 adult buffet upfront. They said ok. They charged half rate for the kid who hardly ate when we checked out! We were highly disappointed for lack of upfront clarity. Long time customer and even had party here. Not going back for sure and not recommending to any other fam or friends. Also another time they had an issue w a Groupon coupon for no reason. Stupid owner running this run down place. They want your money that's all!! Too many more places around...

First time I ordered a few weeks ago they waited 15 minutes and then called me to tell me they had nothing available from what I ordered. So I canceled my order with uber and uber still charged me 10 dollars. Today my hubby tried to order through another app. This time I told him put "pick up" and we will pay at the restaurant. This time we went at the time we were given to pick up the food... AND THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!! Closed on a tuesday at 8pm?? The worst experience ever!! Bye Flavor of India! I wouldnt recommend them...
