Ants in the Package!!!! - Am a regular buyer from Real Usha Foods and this time we got 1 item out of 3 ordered with Ants. And the ants were only in one of the items, while the other 2 were intact with no issues; so it just does not make sense. When talking with Mr. Bhavesh Shah about the issue I was told that this could have happened in transit or at our home; inclined towards happening at our home. And the only option that he could give was a credit of $11.00 as I was told, the fault is ours as we did not open the package as soon as it was delivered. Package delivered on a Friday and I opened it on Monday, which is totally fine as these are snacks and not fresh cooked food that could go stale in hours/days.I was told about how to deal with perishable goods and packages that contains food. I am not sure if this is my fault but if you are ordering again, please be careful! While Its not a matter about the credit of $11.00, but about the customer service since I requested for a replacement for the 1 item and there was nothing that could be done about it. VERY...

Takeout-only, best-of-class confectioners with dreadfully slow service in filling orders. Leisurely nonchalance is a suburban virtue, but not when the market is increasingly getting saturated with competition. No dine-in option is a drawback, as it is On many occasions, we've just had to walk over to the other Usha Foods, down Hillside Avenue, to have an alternate order filled. Which is a galling, because Real Usha offerings have an ethnic Gujarati taste profile and are very well received. Family & friends on West Coast, even overseas, long for their halwasan, mawa ladu, churma ladu, ghughra (a.k.a. gujhia), mohanthal; fulwadi, kashmiri dalmouth, spicy farari chevdo, fafda, gathia.... The list is long. But then, if you're rushing to JFK, want to pick something for family (on destination side); you're cursed to an extended holding pattern when you have even one patron ahead of you. It's here that, you have two options: miss your flight or reluctantly drive 2 blocks to the other...

Posting my review 2nd time. Bhavesh deliberately deleted my previous post. I've been attempting to reach out to the proprietor, but the manager is intentionally preventing me from doing so. This manager's name is BHAVESH PATEL,and he has displayed rude and arrogant behavior. It has now been nearly six months, and despite the manager's assurance that the owner would contact me if I left my name and phone number, I received no response. The manager is responsible for handling the store's phone number and email address. It's possible that the manager might delete this review.
