My experience with Millennium Elevator Company: costly, unprofessional, and virtually no maintenance We signed a $300/month “maintenance” contract. What we got: a technician who appeared once every 3–4 months, turned the cameras so we couldn’t see the work, and only signed the book. During this period our elevator shaft door was damaged; we had to replace the lock out of pocket, and the company took no responsibility. Actual maintenance? Zero in my view. They failed to follow up on violations and we were hit with $12,000 in fines. Even basic items—like elevator light bulbs—weren’t handled; residents ended up doing it themselves. The worst part: their contract auto-renews, continuing to charge $300 every month even when the technician hasn’t shown up for 3–4 months. Based on my experience, this felt like sketchy, low-effort service that drained money and created risk. I strongly recommend avoiding Millennium Elevator Company to spare yourself financial headaches and...
Read moreThey have been “servicing “ our elevator for years. Every year it’s broken 3-5 times. Every time it takes days for them to fix it. Or, maybe, it takes them days to appear and then fix it for an hour, so they can come back in a couple of months. Two months ago it was out Friday- Monday. Now, on New Year’s Eve, it’s been broken since Friday night and on Wednesday nobody even appeared yet. Bigger part of building are elderly people’s that become prisoners for days due to “professionals” from Millennium. Even the name of the company reflects how...

The owner was uncooperative, refused to help with the keys and told that they don't the right tools or people to fix our elevator.
Cannot recommend. Be extra careful when dealing with this company. Don't trust their employees and record every...
