Shinpuru baking — Restaurant in New York

We (my fiance and I) went to this bakery after picking up some meds at a pharmacy, we walked in and saw the cutest candles and then we were met by a screen to place the order that screen is textured and felt so nice.

The owner lady is really nice and really seemed to care about making the experience as good as possible, and in truth she succeeded. We got an iced mocha and a yuzu lemonade to drink and two rolls (haven't tried them yet as of the review) the iced mocha was made with what tasted like a pretty good coffee blend, the yuzu lemonade...the yuzu lemonade is genuinely so good. In fact the yuzu lemonade was so amazing that in under an hour I walked back to get seconds (in pics) so I would really recommend the yuzu if you have a chance. I'd say especially for a small business the prices are really cheap for a very professional level of service and quality. I'm being so genuine rn this lemonade I'm drinking rn is better than big and small restaurants I've been too since I moved here to NY and from before when I lived in Louisiana. The birthday cake I bought was customized. My friend wants a low sugar treat for her birthday. I'm glad one of my friends recommended Shinpuru. I went to the store to order and I picked a cake with grapes on top of the cake for the birthday girl thinking that should be a good low sugar option. Once I picked the cake, the owner told me she can adjust the sugar level of the cake because I mentioned I was looking for a low sugar cake while browsing through her cake pictures/menu. I was thinking this is really cool. I told her to make it with the least sugar. To my surprise, she told me I can even choose the 'layers' flavor. So long story short, I got a Birthday cake with grapes on top of the cake, the layers is Earl Grey flavored, 1 layer of fresh grapes fillings with cream, and a 2nd layer of mangos fillings. The cake taste really good. Light cream blends well with the fruits and you get a hint of earl Grey when you bite into the cake. All the people at the party...

Incredibly delicious and adorable little bakery with super delicious roll cakes and coffee. The service was friendly, welcoming and chill. Highly recommend getting the pandan roll cake and coconut Americano. The pandan roll cake is tender, soft, perfectly not too sweet and you can taste the real pandan in it. And the cream tastes fresh, not fake like some places. Coconut Americano is super refreshing and unique (to me). The espresso is smooth, packs a punch and pairs well with the coconut water and coconut milk you add yourself. My only wish is that they were bigger so you could hang out, it's such a cute space!
