The new Cooper Park dog run is in a terrible location. It's right next to the skateboard park and has absolutely no shade from the sun. The only plus is that it has a water fountain. So beware—if the weather is over 80 degrees, you can't take your dog there, because it gets hot like an oven from the kitty litter which was used to pave the ground.
