Love the vibe everyone here are so nice, when my daughter was younger they gave her a donation for a fundraiser at her school..a haircut..the woman who won it gave it to her husband so ten years later he's still a client loves the place..I go to Eva,but also for the aka occasional blowout go to Katie or Zoga..but everyone is awesome the place is clean and beautiful and they always decorate for the holidays..great prices as well for someone who lived in Manhattan until she was 23 this is on par with the best salons, also they never try to see you hair care products like other salons..and the waxing is the best ever I have lupus and my skin tears and bruises easily never the situation here plus they have coffee and bagels and pastries who...

Went to the salon on Thursday to get some highlights I showed the hairdresser a picture of some highlights I wanted Needless to say when I was done my hair was grey green and nothing like the picture. Went back a second time to try to fix my green hair and nothing My hair is still green. The hairdresser talks to much and left my bleach longer that it supposed to have been When I asked for a refund for service not rendered they said they have a no refund policy. This place does not have quality or skilled hairdresser and the prices are outrageous I spent over $250.00 plus I purchased products and I left this salon...

The worst place, I asked for light blonde near Ash Grey. Turns out a olive green on the front side and blue on the back side. I have 2 different color on my head now!! I have to tie my hair everyday, or I cannot even go out! When I tell them that the color is different with the picture I showed them, the lady who did my hair keep saying there is no difference. Excuse me?!! The color is 100% different! And it's very pricey there! If you want to dye your hair, don't go. I have to spend more money to fix...
