3 Guys Sushi — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been ordering from this place for a while never had an issue until today! I placed my order and asked for a ginge ale, they forgot to deliver the drink. I checked the receipt to make sure that I was charged for the drink, and I was. I then called to get my drink back and I was told if I will want a credit back for next time, I told them no that I wanted my drink... he then starts arguing with me telling me that he doesn’t have a driver and that they will be closing at 3pm. I then told him just give me a credit on my card and he said that was impossible and hung up the phone on me!!! This will be the last time I’ll be ordering from this place! Poor...

terriable over priced sushi!!!! over priced by three times the amount. i was so angry i was still hungry that i ate there it was for a date or i would have left my date didnt wanna leave. mind you no one else was there when i was there and now i know why! people know this place is no good. my bill was 42 dollars for two rolls and a connie salad. there salmon shimi is $3.00 a piece thats insane. in brooklyn where i eat everyday there salmon shimi is $1.00 a piece . i was hungry after my date and later on i went to eat sushi in brooklyn and over there i paid 35$ and i got 20 pieces of salmon...

I enjoy the sushi at 3 guys and always have had good experiences dining there! The atmosphere in the restaurant is pretty and cozy to dine in.

However, on my most recent dine in experience they told us they converted to a new system where you place your order on an ipad instead of with a server. I spend all day working on a computer, so the last thing I want to do when out to dinner is click around on an iPad placing my family of 5’s individual orders.
