I had the Genisis treatment administered by Elaine. The procedure was very smooth and calming. It's one of my favorite facials ever. The office was very clean, staff was very sweet and professional. I've done this treatment before at another establishment prior to my wedding and it left me glowing. Was so happy to find a spot nearby to to do it again. My only recommendation would be to make sure you clean your face well before coming in. Unfortunately, although she did clean my face, it was not properly cleansed prior to the laser and I broke out for the first time ever after Laser Genisis, which has never happened before. I don't really get breakouts and use this treatment primarily for tightening my pores. Nevertheless, one of the other benefits of the treatment: my skin got rid of the breakouts very quick. I really enjoyed my experience at PBK Medspa. They have various products and equipment to make the treatment individualized and effective. There is no pressure on making a decision to get a specific procedure or a product. Elena suggested the treatment plan taking into consideration every concern I had.
