A bit disappointed and frustrated by the misinformation on their website. It explicitly states it is walk in only and no reservations are taken; however, when I went with my family I was told the opposite— that I needed a reservation.

Rather than take accountability for the misleading information on their site and for the inconvenience experienced, I was given the excuse of “we’re not technologically savvy.” I think management should find a way to make sure they have accurate information on their site so as not to inconvenience anyone traveling with hopes to bowl.

Just be aware if you do plan to come, they DO take reservations and in fact it seems it would even be highly encouraged you make one or else you will be asked to wait hours for a open lane or may just have to find...

We went on a class trip, our buses were late which annoyed the staff. As we entered the building we weren't told which lane to take which caused a lot of confusion with the classes. They didn't provide enough ball guiders and when I asked the women in the front, she seemed quite annoyed and were told "we are over an hour late so they had to use it for another school. As the children were playing they started to close down the bumpers. We couldn't control the fact that our buses were late, and it shouldn't have been taken out on us. The food staff was accommodating and friendly is why I gave my review one star. However,the staff in the front and on the floor of the lanes were unprofessional and rude. I would think twice about coming to this...
