HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE FRONT DESK GIRLS!
Me and my family are regular customers in this restaurant for over 5 years. We are there regularly at least once a week and we absolutely love this place and we also always bring our friends here. Atmosphere is beautiful. Waiters and bartenders are very friendly and professional, food is absolutely delicious, deserts are amazing and are served in a very creative way - no complaints at all towards that. We never had issues with them ever before until today.....
We placed an order through Uber eats, because it was convenient and craved for some of their delicious food. When we placed an order, we forgot to mention for one of the salads not to have regular bacon - but switch it to Turkey. We couldn't modify the order after it was placed, so literally 5 minutes passed we started calling the restaurant. First of all it took us 4 phone calls to get in touch with them. When we finally did we kindly requested the girl to switch the bacon, because we cannot eat regular bacon to which she responded - "I will if they didn't make it yet" and hung up. No manners or whatsoever!
We called back again and before we said anything the girl said "Yes she did, they already made regular bacon". to which we kindly again said "is there anyway to change it pls, we are regular customers, we just couldn't modify the order", to what she said "no, too late". So we were understanding and we said "ok, could you please add another salad just with turkey bacon to the order please", to which she responded "yes, u can go back to app and place an order". To our next question "wow you guys don't work with your customers at all huh?" she responded "I told you, go make another order". While they usually always take orders over the phone and we made payments prior over the phone before, but I guess she was too lazy for that.
This is beyond unprofessional and very rude towards people who first of all being very nice and especially to their regular customers. What would be so hard to just take our card info and just add that extra salad to the order? But I guess customers don't matter to the young lady. Answering with such a disrespectful tone is not a way to be working in front desk and answering phone calls.
I apologize to the owner of the place that we had to leave such review, but we don't know how else to reach them in order to address this issue.

I was appalled by the level of Not just poor service but you could sense the profiling as you walk in. I came here today (10/22) with my kids at about 6pm. No wait, the manager - Kate was welcoming . We got seated and to my surprise, not one waiter came to our table! So I flagged down this waiter looking my way unfortunately this waiter by name (Eugene) didn't get the spelling right but he is the WORST! He was standoffish and didn't even communicate or give information about the menu options! I ordered the buffalo wings for the kids and specifically told the waiter that I would like to substitute for the BBQ wings, he said OK that it was doable! I ordered the Norwegian Salmon for myself. After the waiter took our order, he never came back to ask if we needed anything but was fully engaging with the "white peoples" tables! Then the order came and it was wrong! The kid's chicken didn't come as bbq! Even though the server went to inform our waiter about the issue, he didn't even flinch! He made sure to go about engaging with the other tables and finally came to talk to me! At that point I had already flagged down the manager who was helpful, polite and tried to fix the issue. This particular waiter didn't even apologize but shrugged his shoulders and said "OK" , and proceeded to take away the food. Now after waiting for over 40 minutes another waiter asked if we needed anything, I asked why my food is taking so long! (Norwegian salmon). Lo and behold! My food was never logged in the system! That waiter that his name starts with an E is such a Bloody RACIST! And highly unprofessional! Please stay away from this establishment! I would never be returning! My waitress was nice at first, even though i could barely understand her. she kept asking if we were ready to order we told her we were all set for the moment as we were still waiting on our cocktails. After about 10m the vibe was off as if her boyfriend just broke up with her. She was very impolite, & rude. even when we said thank you when recieving our drinks and food she didnt even speak look nor acknowledge us. We were extremely uncomfortable and decided to just leave. My date did not even want food at all because he was irritated that we were paying customers being treated like this but everyone else she was serving she gave the upmost respect too. sofood wise i only ended up ordering 20$ frenchtoast only since i was so hungry. It came with no sides just 4 pieces of french toast. & we had the 2 cocktails which were strong but the taste was okay. For example the strawberry Magarita was bitter. You view menu from an ipad & One of the tablets she gave us died and once we told her she grabs it then just tosses the new tablet down all without saying a word. I really should have corrected her manners especially as a server inna restaurant, but i will leave that for Duet bakery management you guys are the ones who trained & placed this lady on the floor. im also sure im not the first person this employee acted like this with especially from her attitude.
