LV Flowers Nyc — Local services in New York

Came here to get flowers for a family member. I walked into the store and paid for a vase arrangement in the morning with the owner. Let’s start with the fact that the mark up in this place is very high. I paid the money because of convenience as I didn’t have time to look for a cheaper option. I asked for the arrangement to be delivered between 4-5 PM that day. I call at 5 PM to find out if the flowers were delivered and a gentleman tells me that they are running late and the flowers will be delivered within the hour. At 6 PM I call again and the same person tells me he doesn’t have my order and he is very confused. I was told he found the signed card and the order, but needed to know if it was paid for and asked me to provide proof that the arrangement was paid for. I had to text him a picture of the credit card slip (good thing I had it handy) to his cell phone. Finally, he told me it would be delivered by 7:30. Obviously there is an issue with the owner’s organization. If I had not called them at 5 and 6 PM the flowers wouldn’t have been delivered that day. And on top of everything, she gives an amazing value for the New York market. By far, the best florist I have found in New York area, and I've tried many over the years.
