I have been with Blink for 6 years. Do not join! They are attempting to send me to collections over a $5.05 charge that was THEIR error. Corporate doesnāt handle this and the managers here are incredibly unresponsive and place the blame on their long term customers.
Due to a clerical error confirmed by corporate, they closed my grandfathered account. I have called (and visited) for 3 weeks and spoken to 3 managers and none of them have even bothered to call/email/follow up once. By the way, they have been letting me in without any mention of my account being closed.
Once again, Blink is sending me to collections over a $5.05 balance ERROR when Iāve had a card on file this whole time. In fact, Jasmine the regional manager asked if I had it in writing from corporate that they had to address the incorrect balance that is going to collections! INSANE. They have repeatedly blamed me for their own failures including signing an EFT form (that staff is supposed to have you sign) and thatās the kick off for all this. On top of this they have yet to provide a solution that does not involve me paying more for a new membership as mine (gray- a lower rate) no longer exists.
They have left a superbly disgusting taste in my mouth and I am baffled that this is how they have decided to run a company. After 6 years I think Iām done. Oh yeah, I just paid annual fees in February for a closed account so Iām out that too. Iāll be continuing contacting them multiple times a day until these issues are addressed!
PS. Staff has always been very kind to me up until this point but I was hung up on at 8:30 am by a young woman when frustratedly trying to explain this situation. The next person, Kevin, profusely apologized but WOW.
***Location Review Itās in a basement, they have spray and paper towels not wipes & they never have hand sanitizer in the holders. Funnily enough, I joined a more expensive gym last month because I dreaded going to this location. Now if only they would address the issues theyāve caused me so I can rid myself of this...

It takes a lot for me to write a review but lately its been poor management over there. I love going there because I have an amazing personal trainer. I would normally get a notification by email and by checking the app for my training session. The app doesnāt work and I am no longer getting emails reminder. I have to call them which is not a problem but I would prefer to be able to check my session on my own and make necessary changes on my own. Itās been over 4 months now since I have told the staff several time about the issues. The response that I get is that they will tell the manager. They take my name down and everything. I have yet received an email or a call from the manager regarding this problem .
Last Sunday was the last straw, I came in for my personal training session as I usually do and when I got there, I was scheduled with a different personal trainer without any notice then waited for the personal trainer for 25 minutes and they never showed up. When I asked the staff if that session was used, they said Ā«yes, itās been redeemedĀ Ā» (which makes no sense since I didnāt have a personal training session because the personal trainer never came in). They told me that they have to let the manager know.
Unfortunately, from my experience, the manager never calls back for any of my issues. Itās been very unprofessional from the management team and I have had it. I am paying for the gym membership and paying for personal training each month and I canāt get an email or access to an app nor proper communication from their part. I donāt recall anything being in there so imagine my surprise (and horror) to see my locker cut off and all my stuff left out in the open. Guy was blaming me for this ish! Like who puts their stuff in a locker with NO lock and gets upset someone doesnāt see it and puts their stuff in there? Like the privilege. Iām getting heated cause long haired guy will not admit perhaps he should have not cut off someone elseās lock and left their stuff to be stolen. I leave the convo cause Iāve already served time and I know how I can get.
Come back two days later and ask them (politely) to replace my lock and short guy starts spouting off again. No not today Satan. I thank God I got the green light and let it rip. Dude still wonāt admit wrong and says no way he replace the lock? No way? Thatās not what the guy before you said before you came into work to sit on your phone and do nothing. Thereās literally locks for sale in the locker room lol.
