Big disappointment and never thought I would write this review but I hope the owner makes changes before he loses customers. They are very nice people however, I did notice they put sugar in my extracted juice. Why would you add sugar to my drink and why wouldn’t you tell me ? That was the most disturbing situation I’ve had, adding sugar to a healthy drink ? I placed my order for pick up so I didn’t have a chance to see the process nevertheless as I was drinking my juice I thought to myself wow this is sweet (thought it was the natural flavor Of fruit for a second) as i continue to drink I started to notice a sugary taste. I couldn’t believe it so I continued to drink the juice until I reach the bottom and saw little shiny things on the base. That’s when I realized they were using sugar in my extracting drinks. (Never heard of any juice bar in NYC adding sugar to extracted drinks unless customer requested). Very deceiving from owner and doesn’t practice honesty with his customers. Purchased a medium sized juice which the sign specifically states $6. However, I was charged $7 plus tax due to choosing pineapple as one of my ingredients. The worker stated”I was charged an extra dollar because pineapple makes the most juice” 🥴. I’m no juice connoisseur but ummmm never heard of that at any juice bar. Get your prices in order. Your signage should reflect exact prices and if there’s any stipulations the signs should state that as well. In the interim I’ll continue to make my own juices. I don’t have time for specific prices for “certain” people. And then for the worker to antagonize the situation with her condescending remarks made matters worst. My EBT card/account were hacked into on Feb 19th, the day of my monthly deposit. I looked up the transaction history for the day and this is the business that is listed as my card being used here . The listed address tho is 1736 Pitkin Ave in Brooklyn. I called this morning and asked for a manager and both times they hung the phone up on me. They have to keep records of all transactions so I want to track down where the food was delivered to or who came in and used my information. I am contacting the police department there to help me with this and prosecute the owner and manager for allowing my stolen...
