I was there today. They measured my blood pressure as 79/41. Which is unbelievable. They asked me to wait inside for 15 minutes. I thought they asked me to just not go home. That was my fault. I went outside to get a cup of coffee and chocolate. When I went back they said that they have a policy, do not leave the office. In that case I couldnât donate today bc of the policy. I was saying okay, but they just need to fix their blood pressure machine. I didnât say anything bad. They were telling me that for 15 minutes I could take amphetamine. Then the âmedical assistantâ and receptionist left me alone. I didnât understand whatâs going on. Then their Supervisor, or who is she there, came. She asked me what I wanted. I was telling her about the broken machine. I asked her if she has a medical degree and what symptoms would be for a person who would have this blood pressure 79/41. She doesnât know. With 79/41 I would call to 9-1-1. I asked her if they had a mechanical blood pressure monitor. Instead of answering my question, she said to me, âGood-byeâ. Whatâs the customer service skills she has?! â0â for problem solving and empathy. She didnât ask me how I was feeling and maybe I need first aid. And this is the center where all employees have at at least Associate medical degree! In May, the same person came to me when I was already prepared to donate. She said that something was wrong with my weight. Like I lost my weight in 4 pounds in a week. "Of course", I was telling her. Thatâs because in April I was wearing a jacket and winter snickers and I was in hoodies that day. Guys, Iâve never used any kinds of drugs. I donât like the smell of wheat. Sometimes I see people under the influence of drugs there. And you close your eyes and still take them for donations. I was donating plasma not because of money. Iâm just working remotely. I just wanted to make in my life something different. Iâm a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Customer Service field. Instead of saying âgood byeâ to people, please, fix the machine; check them daily because you have so many people coming; have mechanical monitor just in case; keep in mind if someone has blood pressure less than 100/55 than this person couldnât do anything that day. I went to the CityMD right after. Telling them this story. They were surprised about that Supervisor with medical degree. They measured my blood pressure. I had 117/79. I hope my post will help that lady to improve her customer service and medical skills. I can say that Sarah is the only person whoâs very professional and customer service skilled. She is like sunshine there. Thank you, Sarah, it was nice to meet you! Good luck Olgam Life Plazma...
Read moreI think it's great to help others as well as gain some compensation for donating! It's a win - win situation! I suggest people take it seriously because you are supposed to be donating your healthy plasma to aid someone in dire medical need! And you are getting paid to do it! So hold up your end of the bargain and submit healthy plasma, drink plenty of water, eat enough protein, etc., and don't do drugs or anything toxic before donating! Their staff is pretty straight forward, they're there to do their job! I believe they could use more experienced staff as everyone there is fairly young! But hey, we need more younger medical professionals to practice and learn, as they are the next generation of medical professionals to replace those veteran staff, as they are retiring! So bare with them! You may feel like a guinea pig! But that's what a medical practice is, practice! One girl did blow my vein on my left arm and I still have a red line mark since March, that was six months ago! It's has gotten better as I let my vein heal over several months! And haven't donated with that arm since! If they blow my right arm, I'm done! Nah I'm joking but it's serious! I'll probably switch to the other arm! You need to take donating seriously! Their staff needs more training as they are using humongous sized needles! It'll leave a scar for months! So be cautious if anything happens, sit out for a while to let your veins recover! Remember it's YOUR health! And as far as that, I don't have many negative things to say! Expect to spend some time here! Oh, the only other thing I have faced so far is that the potential to make $500 a month is just an advertising ploy, they don't tell you the truth, one day it's $60 and the next visit it's $50, so in a 4 week total, it's a max of about $440, I don't know why they just don't keep it straight forward! I guess it's to attract donators! But that's a bit false. They should just have a flat rate! Ijs! And I have yet to get the extra money incentives they send through text to your phone that states you get compensated $10 more if you donate more frequently throughout the month. Idk maybe they should keep it more transparent, but beyond that it's for a great cause and I'm confident that you all will have a satisfactory experience. Hopefully! Try it out and see for yourself! Oh yeah, Don't be scared of needles now LoL đ I hope this helped! Good luck! âď¸

Do yourself a favor. NONE OF THE TECHS ARE LICENSED OR CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMIST. NONE NEED TO BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD UNLESS ITS TO CLEAN BED PANS. THE MANAGERS NEED A THOROUGH COURSE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT IS DISGUSTINGLY GHETTO, UNEDUCATED AND IGNORANT ESPECIALLY THE MUSIC YOUR FORCED TO ENDURE WHILE THERE. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN
4/8/25- The lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting at this location. The screen tech was unprofessional as well and became belligerent when corrected after 2 failed stick attempts.2 "techs" in the back thought it was highly appropriate to engage in cursing and argumentative immature unprofessional behavior meanwhile I as well as others have been sitting on a bed in the bay going on a half hour now. Initial sit at 6:50 ( time now 7:38 still no connection.) A female technician came and then left after doing nothing. This location started off very well and has consistently gone down weekly. At 7:36 pm a tech thought it appropriate to become argumentative with me , same tech who argued with another and was cursing and carrying on. TEACH,TRAIN ,HIRE BETTER. These incidents becoming to frequent.
11/28/24- This is approx my 3rd or 4th visit, usually the process is smooth and streamlined. I have yet to experience an outstanding wait time and customer service and staff professionalism have been for the most part good. So I definitely did not expect on this day to be assaulted with a vein needle, have to educate and provide training to a " student". So this is no medically licensed and insured individual completing a medical procedure and they have the audaciousness to have an attitude when dealing with people. Then to compound the issue further the payment was wrong as well. If staff did not want to be present on a holiday then he should have stayed home. 2nc incident marked.
1st Visit- (Incident 1)Would give Zero stars. Wasted hours, hours in there ONLY for a technician to BE AT FAULT, NOT PAYING ATTENTION, WASTED A SAMPLE. ONLY FOR THE NEXT SAMPLE TO BE A...
