Beleaf Brooklyn — Local services in New York

Initially thought it was a nicd shop and the guy at the counter was pretty courteous but I simply don't have a tolerance for shops that throw their inventory on all types of websites and then don't stand behind their products when they make a mistake, like mislabeling and allowing sales to switch with smaller weight like a bait and switch. My case: I ordered 2 1g Pax Live Rosin pods. The shop uses weedmaps and a live menu for their inventory. I came a good 45 minutes to an hour for this shop because they quoted me $100 and that is a great deal by NY standards. Unfortunately, they decided to inform me an hour after the order was placed and I had already arrived that they couldnt fulfill my order. No accommodation. No phone call. No text. No solution to remedy the issue. Just told I cant get what I was sold online.

Do better. If you make a mistake, accommodate the person who pointed it out to you since you didnt do your own due diligence and rectify it before the next person purchased again. Stand behind your shit instead of passing your mistakes on to the customer.

The best dispensary in Brooklyn hands down. Got a better place? I highly doubt it. I’ve been to just about every spot in Brooklyn and there’s always something missing or glaringly off. With Beleaf, they literally hit every check mark and exceeded my expectations.

Security is on point and friendly. Space is clean, easy on the eyes, and is not overly cluttered with nonsense. Products are laid out and displayed perfectly. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I’ve gone in, it’s someone different, and the customer service has never lacked. Recommendations are always spot on. Product is legit and priced well. The overall atmosphere and vibe of the place is Brooklyn to the core.

Message to management/owners: you have an All-Star team here. I have experience in hospitality and management, I know an outstanding team when I see one and y’all definitely have it here. Take care of...

I had such a great experience at Beleaf, a top-tier dispensary right in the heart of Brooklyn. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.

What truly made my visit exceptional was the amazing customer service I received from Rima, one of the reps there. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had a lot of questions about different products, and Rima took the time to walk me through the options, explain the differences, and make thoughtful recommendations based on what I needed.
