Who doesn't love a sale? The thing is, most places put the merchandise that isn't moving well on sale, if you know what I mean. But not Rhinestone! The items they had on sale were beautiful, first-quality jewelry! There was no way possible I could have chosen only one or two. So I ordered several beautiful pieces, and it didn't hurt my credit card one bit. I was excited! It's Christmas... the time when we are supposed to be spending on others. But when I saw all the beautiful jewelry on sale at Rhinestone, I honestly couldn't help myself. I promised myself that I would feel guilty later. Honestly? I have never had a company ship my order so fast in my entire life. I had wondered if I would get my order before Christmas, and whether I would be able to part with any of it to give as Christmas gifts if I did. Although it seemed like onlly 24 hours before I received my package, it may have been as long as two days. I was thrilled! But when I opened the box? I lilterally just stood there in AWE!!! There was nothing cheap-looking, substandard or "second" here! And at prices it seemed like they were almost giving them away! In conclusion, I confess: I'm keeping it all. And you will, too, when you open your own box...

Unlike everyone else I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company! I requested to exchange my order the day after receiving it due to a sizing issue. I offered to pay shipping both ways and the additional amount for the item. Jeffrey Levy said they don't do exchanges but I could return it for a refund and reorder. I was okay with that. They sent my dance company the wrong earrings!!!! They sent the earring for pierced ears with NO STONES....then they sent clip ons WHICH WE DIDNT EVEN ORDER....with the stones, and an AB pair which we didn’t order and since this their number is out of order and the email was bounced back as non deliverable!!!!
