They have really good, quality meats. I have been going to them for 15 years. The staff is awesome!! They really get to know their customers. I moved to Long Island 6 years ago, and still went there for my chicken. The problem is the owner, Richie!!! He's a miserable old man, who never smiles, and who definitely does not know how to speak to his customers (especially to women). Its a shame I will be finding a butcher closer to home. His loss!!! This place is GREAT! Very clean the staff are friendly and knowledgeable in a quality cut of meat. I purchased an whole slab briscket (which in it self is hard find) and they skillfully trimed and packaged it. Offered to grind up the best of the excess trim and gave some great advice/tips for its use come dinner time! This will be my go to place for above average...
