Xin Xing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

This food was so disgusting. I can’t even explain it. First and foremost The spare ribs does not even taste like spare ribs . It taste so rubbery and nasty as if it’s not even real meat or something.. I had one and had to spit the rest out . I also ordered a hot and spicy soup and it had no flavor in it whatsoever !! Not only that the noodles that come with it was so stale I was disappointed because that’s one of my favorite parts of the soup. I wasn’t able to eat this food at all. It was just a waste of money and the people was so goddamn rude. The food is really nasty...

They always have an attitude.....if your ordering from them alot they act like you are important....and if you get delivery the guy gets mad at you for not tipping even if you order $20 + dollars worth of food (I literally live down one block) and they guy has a attitude....they should be happy I'm ordering from them in the first place....then its not like he gets paid from the tips he gets paid like the rest of them (why beg for more money on top of the expensive prices you guys have) last but not least they charge $1 for BBQ sauce like...

Extremely rude and unprofessional, they have this old lady on the phone who doesn’t even hear well when you try to order, once you get ur order through the delivery guy ALWAYS trys to steal ur change and gets mad if you dont tip him. So he steals and u still have to tip him.

I used to order up to 4 times in a week, they can go to hell i will take my business else where i think they forget that they have allot of competition from all other 4 Chinese restaurants...
