Troy’s One Stop Auto Repair — Local services in New York

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The owner, Troy, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned that I had the same service done elsewhere for less than half the price, instead of explaining the price difference, he got defensive and started lecturing me, saying I “didn’t know anything.” He even brought up the race card completely out of context, which was inappropriate and made the situation even more uncomfortable.

Rather than having a respectful conversation or justifying the cost, he went on a rant and got visibly upset that I questioned the pricing. It was clear he was overcharging and couldn’t handle someone pointing it out.
