Went to the Staten Island location and was greeted by Tyesha without an appointment. I was quickly sat down, offered water, and provided a tablet to answer some questionnaires regarding my visit. After filling out the questionnaires, Tyesha took the time to explain in detail of the fitting process for my arch support solution. I was provided the arch support and accessories I selected for my personal solution. 3 days later, Tyesha reach out to me by text to learn about my progress. The next 3 days, including Saturday, she was checking to see if I am having any pain with the arch support solution and if I have any questions. The service I am receiving is excellent from Tyesha. I was at the new Staten Island location today. Dair the Arch Support Specialist was very through in investigating my foot problems. He spent a considerable amount of time taking impressions of my feet, finding the right inserts that were comfortable and making sure I was not in any pain wearing them and walking through the store several times. He educated me on the importance of following through on the adjustment schedule and how to wear them correctly. He will follow up in a few days with phone calls and a review and revisit in 30 days to make sure that there is an improvement and no more foot and pain issues. Definitely worth the expense and...
