The type of review you hate to write but... Avoid using them for holiday delivery!

My Valentine's Day order (via Floom) turned into a disaster. Despite being assured by chat support that my order would be delivered by 6 p.m, the flowers never arrived. Then the driver attempted to leave them outside on the steps of a closed church office at 10 p.m, luckily they called us since no one answered the bell or they likely would have been left and stolen overnight. Ridiculous!

Attempts to contact the florist were futile—they didn't respond to my voicemail or answer calls during regular business hours this morning, nor did Floom hear back from them, they're clearly a disorganized business. Fortunately, I received a refund, but the entire experience was a total fail, except for...

I ordered wedding bouquet from The House Bouquets and I was beyond happy with their excellent service, patience answering my endless list of questions (you can call or email them) and flexibility for pick up time (downtown Brooklyn location is open 24/7). I worked with David (receptionist) and he gave good advice and had me send him sample pictures to pass along to the florist. Bouquet turned out to be absolutely beautiful!! Flowers were so fresh and gorgeously and artfully arranged. Everyone was so impressed! Thank you The House of Bouquets for making our special day extraordinary! I regularly get flowers for my home from House of Bouquets and am always so happy with them! They have a beautiful selection of long lasting flowers and the staff is always super friendly. I was hosting a party at my apartment and decided to use them for a few arrangements to jazz up the space. They did an absolutely beautiful job!
