I have no problem with the people who have been taking care of me since my first pregnancy, from the girls at the front desk and inside to Dr. Stacy and others. They are excellent to me. But I have a little problem with the person who does the sonograms, because when she treats me, like she have some problem with me. She never lowers the chair to dismount me and she never gives me good pictures of my baby. If I show the images, everything is blurry and you can’t see nothing. At first I let it go, but now I see that I don't know if she have anything personal with me. She presses my belly very hard and that person does not take good care of me as a patient. My husband is a witness of all of that and he is also not happy with the way that person treats me all the time I...

Where do I start? I walked in i told the front desk I knew I was super early and I was willing to wait for my appt time. They were so considerate and didn't let me wait long. I was greeted by such a sweet nurse. She escorted me to a room did my vitals and instructed me on the next steps. Once the doctors and the nurse entered they went over instructions and what would be expected (which i knew from previous iud removals) but I was happy they went over it again. Even though I was unable to get the removal due to some complications, i appreciate what they did. They maintained informative at each road blocked and reassured me they were committed to helping me. This was a wonderful experience. I would reccomnd this office to every female I know...
