I generally do not write bad reviews, however, I feel it is my duty to inform the public about this store. The owner Christine is incompetent, rude and blames mistakes on her employees. Here is my experience: I go to pick up my neice's wedding invitations and was told her credit card machine was out of paper. She puts my card in twice and says it's not working. She then calls the company and wouldn't accept the authorization given by them. She says to company in front of me how she trust her clients, but.... of course this morning my card was charged three times. Christine is the most accommodating person ever. She was recommended by all of our friends who used her for their invitations and all the high praises were 100% true. All of her invitations are absolutely gorgeous and she makes it precisely to your vision. She meets you at whatever your price point is and will go above and beyond.
