I’ve been a long time customer and over the years they have delivered me cold pizza 70% of the time even when I order a pie mind you I’m a 4 minute walk away it comes cold and finally after today I’m never ordering here again I ordered pasta that took over an hour to come and they brought me a leaking mess of a bag that the second I opened went every where and made a huge mess of my house on top of that the delivery driver got annoyed when when he asked me for napkins and i didn’t have any witch he probably needed because the bag leaked every where yet he still delivered me the leaking bag and then they replaced it and brought the wrong pasta back obviously no one at this store cares the food is good but they seriously need better staff they don’t know how to heat up pizza and over the last 4 years I’ve had so many issues and have stoped eating here but then end up going back because there’s not much other good pizza around but after today I’m never ordering again this place could easily get 5 stars but the service is just consistently horrible I’ve gotten cold pizza more then I’ve gotten warm pizza it’s nearly ever hot and I’m up the block I’ve gotten pies shoved to one side of the box old rubbery chicken and now a bag of leaky slop. It’s sad to see what was once one of my fav pizza places go down in quality so badly over the years but I just can’t bring myself to order...

I've been all over the map and have lived in multiple parts of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania states, I've been to Florida, Delaware, Virginia, North & South Carolina, Georgia, and shamefully I've lived in Alabama and Tennessee for a short time. All of that square-milage, all of that traveling, and all of that experience whining and dining place to place. I must say, hands down, that this is not only, THE BEST PIZZERIA in not only NYC, but in the Tri-state area! Possibly, arguably, the BEST PIZZERIA In existence, at least the best out of where I've ever eaten at in the entire 30 years of my life. Delicious ingredients, hand crafted food, with fantastic recipes. This might not only be the best pizzeria in the world but might also just be the best Italian restaraunt overall that I've ever eaten. Because it's not just their pizza that is totally on point. All their dishes from salads to sandwiches (hot&cold), sauces, gravies, and pasta dishes and other entrays, to incredible decidant desert. Mona Lisa pizzeria has been THE place to go, ever sense they used to be across the street from the location they're at now. I've been a huge fan sense 1996 my friends and no where anywhere has ever been able to even come close...

We ordered from Mona Lisa Pizzeria, as we always do, and I feel compelled to finally leave a review because the food is consistently outstanding. We hosted 25 people for Christmas dinner, and as always, Mona Lisa never disappoints. The quality and flavor of their dishes are remarkable, offering restaurant-quality meals at Pizzeria prices. The eggplant Parmesan is absolutely divine, and the lasagna is simply unforgettable. The veal teriyaki is a standout—authentic and tender, unlike the tough pork versions you find elsewhere. The Penne Vodka was, without a doubt, one of the best we’ve ever had, and the Orecchiette with broccoli rabe was exceptional. The Chicken Marsala was also superb, easily the best I’ve tasted. While I won’t go into the full list of what we ordered, it’s worth noting that Mona Lisa is closed on Christmas Day. All the food is delivered on Christmas Eve and reheated on the day, yet the flavor and freshness are as vibrant as ever. Truly a testament to their...

People wandering aimlessly to find the perfect slice of pizza. Others around the store are blinded considering that this special joint is right under their noses. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza I ate from Mona Lisa Pizzeria is THE best pizza slice I'VE EVER HAD. Carmine the pizza guy was a caring and kind individual who perfectly and meticulously handcrafted my pie to perfection. If I had the ability to rate this 10 stars I would gladly give it that rating. The Buffalo Pizza I saw on display was on a thicker crust, and I prefer a thin crust. Carmine met and exceeded my expectations for a pizza joint employee. He took my request to put the deliciously looking Buffalo Pizza on a thin crust rather than the thick. Stop by and visit Carmine and the rest of the extraordinary crew at Mona Lisa Pizzeria for a once in a lifetime experience.

A Staten Island Pizza Gem – Creative, Delicious, and a Must-Try! Staten Island has no shortage of great pizza, but this spot takes it to another level with some of the most creative specialty pies around. They don’t just experiment—they nail it every time. Whether you’re a traditionalist or looking for something unique, their flavors are always on point, with high-quality ingredients and perfectly crisp crusts. The must-try? Their award-winning (or gold medal) pie—I wish I remembered the exact name, but trust me, it’s a winner for a reason. Every bite is packed with bold flavors, and you can tell they put serious thought into their combinations. If you’re in Staten Island and love great pizza with a creative twist, this place is a must-visit. You won’t be disappointed!

First time ordering from here and I have to say that the pizza was fantastic. Crust was not too thin and not too thick with plenty of bite. Sauce and cheese had a solid balance. AND they use the good pepperoni (The small cup ones) My only complaint is that they failed to mention that it was cash only, so I had to use the ATM ($2.50 charge ) An older gentleman who I believe was the owner saw my frustration when the ATM didn't work at first and offered me to just order it online and pay the online order when I got home, that way I can take my pizza home while it was hot. Which I thought was very kind. Definitely my new pizza place 👍🏼
