Excellent customer service! I’m embarrassed with myself that I was ready to blame the USPS for a package that was said to be out for delivery but never showed up. When I called customer service I realized it was all my fault because I had put in a wrong address when I placed the order with the company that was sending me their product. What amazed me the most is I read some of these reviews and was thinking when I had to go in face to face I was going to be met with ppl with a bad attitude, instead I got someone who went above and beyond. She was great. I should have gotten her name. She even followed up like she said she would the following day.

Even when I had to be redirected to the Manor rd. location the supervisor there was awesome! I picked up my package hassle free. The customer care over the phone was awesome as well. When I mean top notched customer service. I’m still surprised. I was ready to praise FedEx and UPS over them but they’re just as great. Very trustworthy too. There is a lady that works at this location description with respect on the heavy side white who is very very disrespectful and mean and horrible at talking to clients as well as other people. She came out to say to the people that were waiting outside for some food truck to no be standing inside the place or blocking there doors I saw a lady with a baby it’s 30 degrees outside and cold I think a little bit a consideration is needed from her part be more caring or respect. She acted like it was a crime or affecting her in a way and to my view she is sitting her behind on a nice warm chair inside so she should feel lucky . And she should be considerate to people with kids who were freezing outside to let them stand inside for 15 minutes they are not bothering her but I think she just don’t like her job cause even with us mail customers she has a...

This location is always messy and very slow. Most of the times they have two windows open. It always bother me when they’re in a rush and don’t give me the option to choose how I would like my receipt. But on this day Antoinette the window clerk was very nice, patient and took the time to let me choose my receipt option

They have decent parking, but no self service machine. So just to get a receipt if you’re dropping something off, you will have to wait. In the past I visited this location and a lady was purchasing stuff from a customer through the window; and the seller asked her to ask her co workers if she wanted to purchase items as well: I thought that was extremely unprofessional.
