The asian guy at the front counter was extremely rude. I was making a purchase as a delivery driver and I was not familiar with their new credit card system. So I asked him how do I make the payment for this card. I was met with silence, and then he suddenly snatched my credit card from my hand, and tries to tap it, but failed, and then started giving me an attitude about it instead of asking me politely, if I can hand over my card to him for a second. It was extremely rude. This asian guy needs to be fired if he can't be trained on how to be respectful to customers. You can't just snatch things from customer's hands, especially if it's their credit card or ID. You ask for it, it's not like it's day-care or preschool where you try to steal a candy from a baby. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe pharmacy drive thru is terrible! I sat in a line of 5 vehicles for 30-45 minutes. Because there was someone behind us, I was unable to go around or back out to leave. Several cars blew their horn, however no one assisted. I called the store manager while in line to complain about the wait. Was the message relayed? Nope. We finally were able to back out. I went inside the store and waited for another 15 minutes while the pharmacy tech complained about how tired she was and was moving as slow as she possibly could while 3 other people waited in line. When I told the pharmacist that he has a line of cars outside, he advised that they were short staffed. Ok, not my problem. Hire more staff!! This isn't the first or second time I've encountered such terrible service. Get it together or hire new or MORE...

The hospital put in the prescription after the surgery so my ride home can get it. I called in to see if it was ready sine I never was notified it was ready. After nearly 20 minutes on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pick up, they started giving me a hard time about the prescription wanting me to go inside the store and refusing to tell me what the issue was and also refused to call my insurance and see what the issue was. Staff could not be bothered and sounded like it was a bother for them. Both the hospital and even the operating surgeon were absolutely APPALLED when they called and asked me how I was managing post-surgery. Ended up getting a prescription elsewhere. ...
