I’ve been coming to the Atrium Plaza for over 20 years—back when hanging out with friends in the parking lot and grabbing Dunkin’ Donuts was the thing to do. Recently, I had a chance to pass through Staten Island, and I was amazed to see that the Atrium still looks much the same as it did back then. It was nostalgic, but I also couldn’t help feeling a bit disappointed that it hasn’t seen a major upgrade over the years.

The Dunkin’ Donuts has had a bit of a refresh, but the drive-thru setup remains unchanged, leading to the same old backup of cars on Arthur Kill Road. Some things just never change, I guess! All in all, the Atrium Plaza is a fun throwback and while it might not have kept up with the times, it’s nice to see a piece of the past...

First time I was there I was unfamiliar with the place. It was just a parking lot with a bunch of stores but it is a Mall-like area. I went to the theaters in that place twice and I gave it a good review. I also went to Subway to get a drink and some cookies.
