Listen, despite the fact that this theater is old school I still really appreciate it. The place is clean, the staff are super nice. The alcohol bar is good too with lots of options at a good rate. The popcorn is so good and I love the options of seasoning. The prices for tickets and snacks are also very fair, especially for dolby surround sound. You can reserve in advance online but they took out the kiosk machines last week. I think that holds me back from 5 stars. Otherwise it is not overly crowded even on the weekends and they have at least 8 movies on. The arcade is small here but the party rooms are a decent size, you can also reserve a theater for private events. What keeps me coming back here is the most comfortable seating, they are legit lazy boys that are real leather. I honestly have not found other theaters that could beat this comfort! I also appreciate the plentiful parking and convenient location; plus the bathrooms are very clean . Its no wonder pete davidson took kim kardashian here/ its a classic no frills place for...
Read moreLet's see where do I start..The long curly hair rockstar looking guy working the ticket booth was looking at his phone the whole time smiling and laughing, till I interrupted him by being a customer to purchase tickets then he changed and started having an attitude telling me to pick my seats did the saying thank you he did not reply. Not to mention that tickets are 9 more dollars then AMC at the mall right up the street they charge close to a $5 convenience fee which I'm curious what is the convenience of me walking to a ticket booth and getting tickets like I always did before they started charging that. The screen was wobbly at times and blurry in theater 8. The bathrooms are disgusting and there's hardly anyone in the theater. Seats are ripped all over. Definitely lost me as a customer The only reason why I came here is because AMC movie was full and I think that's what they rely on and...
Read moreWorst experience in a movie theater..... better off traveling to Forest Ave or Hylan Blvd Regal theaters.... or off SI..... Friday night the theater is filled with kids age 10 and above... running thru theaters and disrupting others.... AN R rated movie was filled with 12-17 year-old "children" and the staff that work there appear to be very young and inexperienced to handle the obnoxious children... Staff actually pranced around the theater while the movie was playing yelling at kids to shut up..... the theater was non stop talking and laughing ..... Maybe its the type of kids that come from this neighborhood ...who knows... No wonder the theater charges $2.50 less than most theaters.... its a horrible time..... This is the second time we had this experience at The Atrium... there wont be a third and I will make sure everyone I...
