Yogurt City — Local services in New York

I’ve been coming here since I’m a kid every time I would go to the movies, it was always my favorite. I went in with my boyfriend today and he put a little too much frozen yogurt in his cup so he scooped a little out into the tray to make room for toppings. The worker came out from behind the stand and told him he wasn’t allowed to do that to which he apologized and tried to explain. When we went to pay the worker then told us we were “not getting anything” and to “get out”. I was truly baffled because we were never disrespectful and as I said have been coming here for years. By this reaction you would’ve thought we threw yogurt all over this place, which we did not. Unfortunately will never return because what type of service is this. it’s unfortunate that i have to give a star for the service i received. i am a regular customer and gave this man so much of my money and business and i get a cup of froyo and it tastes off and the strawberries taste like bleach and i asked to get a new cup of froyo for the same weight i would have weighed it exact and he walked away from me and was being extremely rude. i am not one to write bad reviews or complain but this is not the first bad experience i have had and i don’t want expired froyo and fruit. it would be a different story if he had let me switch it out of maybe he didn’t know it was expired but he didn’t and i wasted 7 dollars. never coming back again and i...

Good flavor options & variety of toppings. However they haven't changed the flavor options in over a year. They should also maybe get some sort of sound system and at least turn on the radio...it's kinda awkward just sitting there in silence. Also, when I went to weigh my yogurt to see how much to pay, I wasn't shown the weight OR the price on the screen...only the women behind the counter saw the weight & just told me the price. It was just told to me verbally. How am I supposed to know I wasnt just ripped off!?!? The prices are okay....but how am I supposed to know I'm paying the right amount if I can't even see the price...
