Walgreens — Local services in New York

I had an absolutely awful experience at this pharmacy. The receptionist/pharmacists have no idea what they're doing and cannot read insurance cards without me explicitly pointing out where the numbers are. After this, they said my health insurance wouldn't run despite giving my verfied and up to date information. They pressured me to pay out of pocket and acted like I was doing something wrong for insisting they ran the insurance. UPDATE after going back and forth with them for 30 mins they ran the insurance with no extra input from me. They wanted me to pay $40 for something that should have only be $5. Never come here unless you're looking...

Honestly, don’t bother unless you’re in dire straits.

Not the workers’ faults, but very disorganised and slow - mgmt. should really hire more folks since everyone’s doing the best...
